Alutaguse Health Sports Centre is carrying out the project “Development of Year-Round Services” with the goal of offering visitors a wider range of opportunities for active and healthy leisure. As part of the project, three new services will be introduced and the existing cross-country ski rental will be modernised.
Objectives and activities:
- Rental of electric bikes and scooters with guided tours and marked trails.
- Skate rental and hockey equipment rental with access to an ice rink.
- Archery services – equipment rental, training, and use of the archery range for competitions.
- Renewal of the existing cross-country ski rental equipment to provide a more modern and high-quality experience.
The project will bring entirely new year-round services to the centre, complementing the existing infrastructure and making Alutaguse Health Sports Centre an even more attractive destination for both families and athletes.
The introduction of electric bikes also enables visitors with lower mobility to enjoy the nature of Alutaguse National Park. The archery facilities and ice rink create new possibilities for both hobbyists and competition organisers. In addition, fun nature tours can be arranged with all the different means of transport.
At the end of summer, it’s a perfect time to try out our new electric bikes and scooters – they can be conveniently rented from the centre’s administrator. A new archery range is ready and open for everyone to try from 15 September. With the arrival of winter, brand-new skis will be added to the rental service, as well as skates and hockey equipment. An outdoor ice rink will also be set up once the weather is cold enough.
