The Course
- Main distance: 47 km
- Youth & Recreational ride: 19 km
- Distance markers are placed every 5 kilometers counting down (e.g., 35 km to go, etc.).
Hazardous sections:
- Rocky descents in the quarry โ follow the signage! If you see a 3-arrow warning sign before the descent, take it seriously.
- In wet weather, rocks and roots may become slippery.
- Experience from 10 years shows that thin “paper tires” are not suitable for Alutaguse.
- Make sure to bring a spare tire and pump or COโ cartridge. If you donโt have one, see the next point.
- Each feed zone (TP) provides a limited number of spare tires and pumping options free of charge.
- A cyclist follows at the end of each race group, carrying spare tires, Enervit energy bars, and offering company and assistance if needed.
Course Markings:
- We follow UCI (International Cycling Union) standards with yellow background signage.
- The course is marked with arrows and tape.
- About 600 markers are placed throughout the forest.

Intermediate Sprint:
- On the main course, there is an intermediate sprint at 28.5 km. The first five riders earn points towards the most active rider competition.
Feed Zones:
- The 19 km course has two feed zones at 10.5 km and 13 km.
- The 47 km course has three feed zones at 15 km, 30 km, and 40 km.
- Each feed zone has designated trash zones before and after โ please dispose of waste only in these areas to help us quickly clean up after the race. We are in a nature reserve!
If you see another participant in need of help on the course, inform the nearest course marshal, the next feed zone, or call 112 if necessary. Letโs look after each other!
